The Product is authored by Mr. Vishal Saxena and is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE

NO GUARANTEE is made regarding:
- Admission outcomes
- College allotment
- Rank improvement
- Seat confirmation
- Fees, cut-offs, quotas, or timelines
- Accuracy or completeness of third-party or official data
All decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.
4. NO GUARANTEE / NO WARRANTY
The Product is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

- Completeness
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or delivery timelines.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CORE PROTECTION)

- Financial loss, penalties, forfeiture, or deposits

- Delayed, failed, or incomplete delivery
- Acts or omissions of counselling authorities, MCC, NMC, state bodies, or colleges
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
TOTAL LIABILITY, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the Product, and nothing more.
6. DELIVERY & ACCESS DISCLAIMER
- Delivery timelines are best-effort only, not guaranteed.
- Digital access may be delayed due to:

- Server downtime
- Payment gateway issues
- Force majeure events
Non-delivery or delayed delivery shall not constitute a breach nor entitle the user to compensation beyond our discretion.
7. REFUND POLICY
